Everyone on this planet have different eating habits.
Some people eat to stay healthy, whereas some eat to fill that hungry tummy of theirs. Some people eat limited and take regimen for food and some people just want to satisfy their taste buds.
Whatever the habit, the things we consume everyday has changed the way we think, the people around us and the advertisements also have a huge effect on us.
Knowingly or unknowingly we start liking the food which is not good for our health
Gaining the body weight very fast, problems related to the stomach, having different thoughts all day long, laziness and fatigue, sudden pimples, irritation and infection on the skin, insomnia, increase of stress and weakness in the eyes, increase in blood pressure, cholesterol and sugar in the body, joint pain and problems related to kidney, these happen just because of eating the food we should avoid.
