This smoothie is hydrating, alkalizing, and energizing.

Buy two young coconuts and use the water and the coconut contents for this recipe. 

MAKES 1 LARGE SMOOTHIE

2 cups coconut water

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup fresh coconut contents

1 handful spinach or dark leafy green of your choice (about 1 cup)

Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender.

TIP - For a superfood boost, add 1 teaspoon Spirulina.
